Canine Overnight Care

ACE Pet Resort is a state-of-the-art facility designed with privacy and noise control in mind to ensure a virtually stress-free environment for our guests. Our facility is climate controlled with spacious indoor/outdoor accommodations, comfy Kuranda beds topped with fleece bedding or quilts (at no extra charge). All guests receive 3 one-on-one excursions in the yard with an ACE team member each day included in their vacation. Every room has a view of the great outdoors and fresh water is always available.

Family member dogs sharing a suite will receive a 20% discount on boarding for each dog beyond the first one.


Checkout time is between 8:00 am and 11:00 am - please arrive on time to avoid a $20 late departure fee.

Small Dog Stay & Play

All day play in a fun room filled with other social dogs.

Comfy bedding, music, and multiple outdoor excursions included each day!

Stay & Play guests will have separate private quarters for meals and bedtime.

SPECIAL NEEDS

Pets requiring more than 3 medications per day – $6 per day

Owners are expected to provide their pet's food in individually packaged meals*, but you may choose instead to feed our intestinal diet food for an additional - $5 per day.

FLEA & TICK CHARGE

Guests discovered with a flea or tick problem within the first 24 hours of their stay will incur an additional charge. – $5 per day

VACCINE REQUIREMENTS

To ensure the safety of all of our guests, all pets entering the facility for any service must have proof of vaccines from their veterinarian’s office. Canines must have:


★ Rabies (1 year or 3 year)

★ Distemper (1 year or 3 year)

★ Parvo

★ Bordetella (6 months or 1 year) – Bordetella should be given at least 10 days prior to the pet’s reservation for full immunity.

★ We do accept current vaccine titers. We need proof from your vet.

★ We do accept vaccine exemptions with a letter from your vet on their clinic's letterhead. Your pet will not be warrantied during their stay.

★ Dogs that will participate in group play must be spayed and neutered at 6 months. Otherwise, we can provide individual activities.

We reserve the right to refuse pets lacking proof of vaccines; pets displaying potentially contagious conditions; and/or aggressive behavior.

ALL HOLIDAY AND NEW CLIENT RESERVATIONS REQUIRE A $120 DEPOSIT. THE DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED IF THE RESERVATION IS CANCELLED WITH 72 HOURS NOTICE PRIOR TO YOUR DROP OFF DATE. OTHERWISE, THE DEPOSIT WILL BE APPLIED AT CHECK OUT.
